The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 2.0TDI engine of the 1st & 2nd generation.

The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed competition high performance net provides the adjacent components, e.g. the radiator, still enough airflow and is also still very light (S3 OEM 8kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg). CAD-developed free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum for the best possible internal air distribution.
The CNC machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.
Overall, this intercooler has far less counterpressure than the standard radiator.
In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.
Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform.
