Charge Pipes - Turbo Outlet - MQB 1.8T/2.0T

The APR Charge Pipe System is a comprehensive upgrade and replaces the standard Plug and Play components.

The standard plastic rubber turbo outlet pipe is a small, restrictive 38 millimeter pipe which, under extreme conditions, begins to melt, deform and possibly become a boost pressure leak. By switching to a 60 millimeter aluminum pipe together with a new multi-layer fluoro-silicone hose, this problem no longer occurs. The specially machined ends of the hoses ensure a perfect transition to the aluminum pipe and the T-bolt clamps also included ensure a strong and leak-proof seal on the pipe. All pipes are TIG welded, 100% precise and coated black. A small protruding lip at the end of the pipe also prevents slipping even under the most extreme demands. All parts fit the OEM turbocharger and the APR or OEM intercooler hose.

We upgrade the original, thick plastic tube with a diameter of only 36 millimeters with the 60 millimeter thin aluminum tube we manufactured. Due to the nature and properties of aluminum versus plastic, we are able to increase the inner diameter of the tube to further maximize airflow. The MAP sensor bracket (boost pressure sensor) is made from CNC machined billet aluminum. All brackets are TIG welded and the parts are coated black. Select. Install. Enjoy.
