Competition intercooler kit VAG 1,4 TSI
The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance net grants the adjacent components, such as. the water cooler, still enough airflow and is also still very light (S3 OEM 8kg / Wagner tuning 9.2kg). CAD-developed freeform end boxes made of cast aluminum for the best possible internal air flow. The inlet and outlet have been enlarged (Ø 67mm), therefore this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less counterpressure than the standard radiator. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conduction properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. From now on with TÜV parts certificate for various models. The connection diameter is 67mm on both sides.
